MK Hotel Four Seasons Refund and Returns Policy

At MK Hotel Four Seasons, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and reasonable refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Period

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

Refund Amount

  • You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Property Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, including rooms, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Any damage will be charged to the guest’s account, and payment must be made in full before departure.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
