- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refund Amount
- You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, including rooms, fixtures, and fittings.
- Any damage will be charged to the guest’s account, and payment must be made in full before departure.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
